Agenda Builder: Speakers

Effective speaker management is essential to providing an engaging and professional experience for your event attendees. The Agenda Builder allows you to add speakers for each session, complete with their profiles and other relevant details.

Speaker Management

The Agenda Builder is not only enables you to add content and sessions but also helps you manage the speakers associated with each session. You can enhance each speaker's profile by adding their picture, description, job title, company, and relevant tags to improve searchability.

Adding New Speakers

  1. Click "Add a New Speaker":
    • This will open the option to add a new speaker profile.
  2. Enter Speaker Details:
    • Provide necessary details, such as the speaker's name, bio, job title, and company.
  3. Save Edits:
    • Once the details are entered, click ‘Save Edits’ to save the profile.

Add Speaker Profile Picture and Company Logo

  1. Click “Choose File”:
    • Upload a profile picture and company logo for the speaker.
  2. Image Dimensions:
    • Ensure the image is 120 x 120 px. Images of a different size will be automatically cropped to fit.
  3. Tag Information:
    • Add tags to categorize the speaker or provide additional context. Tags can make it easier to filter and find speaker information.

Web App

Accessing and Managing Speakers:

  1. Step 1: Access the Speaker Page
    • From the menu bar, click Agenda, then click Speakers.

  1. Step 2:

    Use the filter tags to optimize your search for speakers.


  1. Step 3:

    Click on the speaker's profile to view or edit details.

Native App

Speakers can also be featured in the Native App. You can add a speakers menu icon and use Advanced Filters with pre-filtered tags for easier access.


Removing a Speaker

If you need to remove a speaker, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Deactivate”:
    • This will remove the speaker from your session.
  2. Irreversible Action:
    • Please note that deactivating a speaker will delete all associated data, and this action cannot be undone.
