Agenda Builder: Speakers


Speaker Management 

From Agenda Builder, you will be able to add not only your content with sessions for each day of the event, but also to add the corresponding speakers for each session. You can add Speakers from the Speakers Tab, adding their profile picture, description, job title, company, and you can even add tags to make it a flexible attribute to categorize and make information easier to find.

Adding New Speakers

  1. Click “Add a new Speaker” to load the below
  2. Enter Speaker details
  3. Click ‘Save Edits'

Add Speaker Profile/Company logo

  1. Click ‘choose file'
  2. Image dimension must be 120 x 120 px. 
  3. Different-size images will be automatically cropped
  4. Tag information can be inserted for speaker (Tag is flexible attribute to categorize and make information easier to find)


Web App view: 


Speakers can be included in the Native App by adding the speakers menu icon and adding an Advanced Filters "Pre filtered Tags".

Remove Speaker 

If you wish to remove the speaker you can do so by… Please note that this action will be irreversible.

  1. Click 'Deactivate'
  2. Note: all data will be deleted (irreversible).
