Personalize Judy AI for Your Event Experience
Judy AI can represent your event brand with the right look and feel. Through the Judy AI Training Studio, you can easily customize Judy’s name, color, logo, tone, and fallback responses to ensure a consistent and seamless representation of your event brand. This guide will walk you through how to apply your event branding to Judy AI.
How to Set Up Branding for Judy AI
Step 1: Access the Branding Setup
From the event dashboard, go to Manage > Judy AI Training Studio. Then, navigate to the Widget tab, click “Jublia Platform and Website Widget”, then select Configure to access all branding fields.
Step 2: Customize Judy’s Appearance and Tone
In the configuration panel, you can edit:
- Name
- Description
- Primary Color
- Logo
- Helpdesk Link
- Unknown Response Message
Step 3: Embedding the code to your website
Once you’ve completed your edits, click Save. The updated branding will reflect instantly on the platform.
