Seamlessly Add Ask Judy AI to Your Event Website
Ask Judy AI works seamlessly within the Jublia platform, and you can also embed Judy as a widget on your own event website—even before the platform goes live. This setup ensures your attendees can interact with Judy anytime they visit your website, making information more accessible and improving their overall experience.
How to Set Up the Judy AI Widget on Your Website
Step 1: Access the Widget tab
From Sense, go to Manage > Judy AI Training Studio. Then, navigate to the Widget tab, click on “Jublia Platform and Website Widget”, and then hit the Install button.
Step 2: Whitelist your website
Enter the domain of your event website to whitelist it and click save. Once your domain is approved, the system will generate a custom embed code.
Step 3: Embedding the code to your website
After your domain is approved, the system will provide two code snippets:
- The script tag, which must be placed just before the closing </body> tag in your website’s HTML.
- The HTML snippet, which should be inserted right after the script tag, controls where the floating chat button appears.
- You can customize the widget appearance using the following available options.
- Once added, refresh your site to test. Judy AI should now appear and be ready to assist your visitors.
Additional Information
- You can embed and activate Ask Judy AI on your website even if the Jublia event platform is not live yet. This allows attendees to start engaging with Judy early.
- If your event uses multiple domains or landing pages, you can add the list of websites to the whitelist field and embed Judy on each of them.
- Any changes you apply in the Judy AI Training Studio will be reflected instantly in both the website widget and Jublia platform version.
- Please note that Judy AI’s responses on the widget are fully based on the dataset and content provided by the organizer through the Training Studio. The more accurate and complete the input, the more helpful Ask Judy AI will be.
- After embedding, use an incognito window or clear cache to ensure the widget loads properly.
