The feature of 1-1 chats on the event platform allows for a detailed analysis of conversations between individuals, companies, and products. This feature collects data on these interactions and allows for a detailed examination of how conversations are happening on the platform. 

Numbers are shown:

1. Percentage of messages chats are engaged where both parties replied

2. Total Messages exchanged

3. Number of the average message sent per user

Overall Graph

1. Shows the number of messages exchanged during a specific time

2. Shows the number of messages exchanged based on the types of the messages, such as texts, images, files, virtual name cards, and video calls.

3. If your event is Hybrid, hover over the meeting bars to view whether it is tabled or booth meetings

4. It also shows the total number of messages exchanged based on the types of messages.
