Conversations: Overview
This article explains the overview of the conversation analytics feature, which offers insights into meeting engagement through daily and timeslot charts, statistics, and ratings.
Overview
- Shows charts detailing the number of meetings in daily and timeslot format
- If your event is Hybrid, hover over the meeting tabs to view Onsite, Virtual or Chat meetings.
Statistics
- Easily see the total number of meetings and the number of attendees who have meetings at your event
- Ratings: You will see the star ratings that attendees gave after your event has ended
- Click download CSV to view all confirmed meetings. Before you export the CSV, you can add the attribute(s) that is available in your event for your CSV report.
- From the exported report that is sent to your email, You can identify which admin created the meetings from Sense by checking the 'Admin' column.
Check meetings fullfilment under the "Fullfilment" tab.
Fulfillment Rules
Fulfilled:
- Both attendees are checked in.
- At least one attendee scans the other person.
- At least one attendee provides rating on the meeting without marking the other as a no-show.
Partially Fulfilled:
- Only one attendee is checked in.
- One attendee provides rating on the meeting and marks the other as a no-show.
Unfulfilled:
- Both attendees mark each other as no-shows.
Unclassified:
- No attendance was recorded (no scans, check-ins, or ratings).
Under the 'Satisfaction' tab, you'll gain insights into users' satisfaction with meetings. This tab provides a detailed breakdown, including:
- The number of users who submitted ratings
- The average rating
You can also customize the data view to display information for all groups or any specific group.
This data helps you understand user sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
