Web App Hub - Links Builder

The Links Builder in the Web App Hub allows you to integrate various types of links into your web app. These links can be added to enhance the Explore page, connect platform features, or link externally. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to configure Quick Links and Registration Links effectively.

Setting Up Quick Links

Quick Links are customizable tiles that appear on the Explore page, functioning as a virtual lobby. To create them, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Links Builder

  • Go to Manage > Web App Hub.
  • Select the Links Builder tab.

Step 2: Add Quick Link Tiles

  1. Click on Add Quick Link Tiles (maximum of 6 tiles).
  2. Provide a Quick Link Name (up to 16 characters) to appear as the title on the tile.

Step 3: Set the Quick Link Background

  1. Upload an image (500 x 500 pixels, less than 1MB).
  2. Alternatively, use a solid color if no image is provided.

Step 4: Define Quick Link Actions

  • Agenda: Links to he platform's Agenda page. Use the "Show Advance Filters" option for pre-filtered tags or tracks.

  • Meet: Links to the Meet menu for people, company, or product lists. Pre-filtering to a single group is supported. This navigates users directly to a specific group. Note that you can only pre-filter groups to one group; multiple groups are not applicable. You can also pre-filtered using dropdown attributes if available.

  • Link: You can easily add registration links that will be displayed on the login window.

Step 4: Save Quick Links

After entering the necessary details, click Save to finalize your Quick Links.


Registration Links

You can add registration links that will be displayed on the login window. Here's how:

Step 1: Open the Registration Links Option

  1. Click Add Registration Links (available for public web only).

Step 2: Enter Link Details

  1. In the pop-up, input the Registration Name and Registration URL.

Step 3: Save Registration Links

Click Save to apply the changes.
