Conversations: Overview

This article explains the overview of the conversation analytics feature, which offers insights into meeting engagement through daily and timeslot charts, statistics, and ratings.

Overview 

• Shows charts detailing the number of meetings in daily and timeslot format
• If your event is Hybrid, hover over the meeting tabs to view Onsite, Virtual or Chat meetings.

Statistics

• Easily see the total no. of meetings and the no. of attendees who have meetings at your event
• Ratings: you will see the star ratings that attendees gave after your event has ended
• Click download CSV to view all confirmed meetings. Before you export the CSV, you can add the attribute(s) that is available in your event for your CSV report.
