Agenda Activity
Jublia aims to create a complete analytics journey for organizers through a story-telling approach.
Agenda Activity is about how audiences interact with your event sessions and tracks. The interaction data involves Impressions, Views, and Favorites.
- To view all created tracks of your event, it will count all tracks which ever had at least one session published even though deleted
- Impressions are about the number of appearances of the sessions in your event
- Views are about the number of viewing actions to the sessions, such as the number of views of certain sessions.
- Favorites are about the number of sessions being favorites.
Impressions detail information consists of Asset, Organic, Recommendation, and Search.
-Asset: Number of Agenda Session appearances throughout the banners media and highlighted session.
-Organic: Number of appearances in the Agenda session menu list without any searching activity involved.
-Recommendations: Number of appearances in any recommendation list such as For You page
-Search: Number of appearances from the result of searching activities whether using free search and/or dropdown filter.

The report will be sent to the email address of the Sense account that is exporting it.
The data breakdown can be found below the graph.
- Impressions data will show the number of assets, organic, recommendation, and search from each session and also calculate the Conversion Ratio (Impression to Views). The data is only about agenda sessions.
- Views and Favorites data will show the number of actions whether via native app or web-based. It can be filtered based on sessions or tracks
You can use the data from impressions, views, and favorites to enhance your event's content and engagement strategy. By analyzing impressions, you can identify which sessions are getting the most visibility and promote underexposed sessions more effectively. Views will show you which topics are attracting the most attention, allowing you to focus on content that resonates with your attendees. Favorites indicate the sessions your attendees value most, helping you tailor future content. Additionally, by understanding attendee behavior—whether they are logged in or not—you can personalize recommendations, adjust session schedules to match peak engagement times, and refine the overall event experience to better meet your audience's needs.
