Agenda Builder: How to create roundtable session
Roundtable sessions offer a unique, interactive experience for attendees, allowing for more in-depth discussions. Here's how to set up a roundtable session for your event:
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Roundtable Session
- Access Agenda Builder
- From the Home Page, go to Launchpad > Preparation > Build Agenda Sessions.
- Activate Roundtable Agenda
- On the Settings page, select the Roundtable tab.
- Tick the box to activate the Roundtable agenda feature.
- Add Roundtable Sessions
- After adding tracks in the Settings section, go to the Builder tab.
- Select Agenda > Roundtable.
- Click on any empty grid slot to add a new roundtable session.
- Note: Each track can have a maximum of 5 Roundtable sessions.
- Fill in Roundtable Session Details
- Enter the session name, description, and other relevant details.
- Seats: Specify the number of seats available for the session.
- Maximum seats: 20 participants (excluding moderators and speakers).
- Assign Moderator
- On the right side, insert the moderator for the session.
- At least one moderator is required for each roundtable session.
- Assign Speakers (Optional)
- If applicable, add the speaker(s) for the session.
- Note: The combined total of moderators and speakers cannot exceed 8.
- Publish the Roundtable Session
- Once all information is filled in, tick the Publish box at the top to make the session live.
