Acquisition: Requests Breakdown

This feature allows you to track interactions in your event in real-time and filter by groups and activities. You can easily see the real-time interactions by going to Opportunity > Acquisition and filtering by requests received or sent, view top attendees, target attendees who have received meeting requests with a 0% response rate, and target by the group.

  • Toggle the view between requests received or sent
  • View the top attendees with the most number of requests
  • Target attendees who have received meeting requests and with 0% response rate
  • Recommended to target by their group
  • View the conversation ratio (requests to conversations)

A conversion ratio (requests to conversations) refers to the percentage of meeting requests that are successfully converted into scheduled meetings. In other words, it measures how many of the initial meeting requests made by participants or attendees result in confirmed or scheduled meetings. A higher conversion ratio indicates better engagement or effectiveness in turning requests into actual meetings, while a lower ratio might suggest that there are barriers preventing requests from being fulfilled (e.g., schedule conflicts, lack of interest, etc.).

You can use the conversion ratio data to assess how effectively participants are converting their meeting requests into actual meetings. By analyzing this ratio on a per-person basis, you can identify patterns in attendee engagement—such as which individuals or groups are making the most requests but not following through, or which types of requests are more likely to result in confirmed meetings. With this insight, you can take targeted actions, such as sending reminders to participants with lower conversion rates or adjusting the scheduling to make it easier for attendees to confirm meetings. Additionally, understanding conversion rates at the individual level allows you to optimize matchmaking, ensuring that the right participants are connected with the right people. This data also helps forecast overall meeting engagement, allowing organizers to better allocate resources, such as meeting spaces or staff, based on the expected conversion rates.

Click the Download Data button (top right Breakdown table) to download the list of meeting requests. This list will contain both parties’ email and phone number (if provided to us in the database), meeting time, date and location. Before you export the CSV, you can add the attribute(s) available for your event for your CSV report.
