Native App Hub: How to Access the Test App for UAT

This guide explains how to access the test app for UAT before publishing the App to the stores. You can explore the app and check if the assets you provided from Sense are correctly reflected. Whether you're using Android or iOS, the setup process is simple and quick.

Your testing invitation will be sent directly to the email address you provided. If you haven’t received the email invitation, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Technical Success Manager.

Once you confirm the app submission by replying to the invitation email, we will proceed with the deployment to the stores. App store reviews typically take 3-5 working days. After approval, your app will be deployed, and you’ll receive information about the app being published on the store.

Android Devices

Here's how to test the app on Android devices:

Step 1: Accept the Invitation

You will receive an Internal Testing link from our Tech Success Manager via email. Click the link to accept the invitation and download the Test App.

Once you have the Internal Testing link, go to the link URL and Accept the invitation.

You will be directed to this page once you have successfully accepted the invitation.

Step 2: Download & Install the Test App

Once you've successfully accepted the invitation, click on the "Download it on Google Play" link.

Then tap “Install” to download the Test app to your device.

Step 3: Launch the Test App

With the app installed, you’re ready to dive in! Open the App and see how the event features we've crafted are seamlessly reflected based on the assets you've uploaded to Sense.

Important Notes:

Please make sure to accept the invitation using the correct Play Store account. We are sending the invitation to the email that you have provided as the list of App Testers to Jublia.

If you encounter an “App not available for this account” message, switch to the correct account in the Play Store by following the red button to select the correct account.

iOS Devices

Here's how to test the app on iOS devices:

Step 1: Check Your Email

Look out for an email invitation from TestFlight. Please note that the test app can be viewed / downloaded one-time only, after which the link will no longer work. If you don’t see it in your inbox, double-check your spam or junk folder to ensure it didn’t get filtered out.

Step 2: Download & Install TestFlight app

Begin by downloading the TestFlight app from the App Store. You can use this link: Download TestFlight. TestFlight is your gateway to early app testing access.

Step 3: Install and Launch the Test App

Open the email invitation and tap the download link. This will redirect you to TestFlight, tap Install to download the app. Open the App and see how the event features we've crafted are seamlessly reflected based on the assets you've uploaded to Sense.
