CRM: Manage Individual Account Analytics
This guide explains how to access and understand individual account analytics within your CRM. Learn how to view traffic details, conversation history, communication logs, and login activity for specific accounts
Step 1:
- Go to Tools > CRM > People. Search the account and it will show the detail of the account.
On the right side, you will find the traffic detail of the account that you are searching for.
- Analytics > Traffic: Statistics of impressions and total views and breakdown list of people who view the account
- Analytics > Conversation: View the meeting schedules detail of the account. Read detail here
- Communication: All email communication that is sent out to the particular account
- Activity: Login activity of the account
